The law firm offers legal services in the broadly understood trade in agricultural land, in particular in the context of the Act of April 11, 2003 on shaping the agricultural regime.

The services are provided to determine the terms of acquiring (by way of a sales, rental, lease, exchange, donation agreement, including the so-called life divisions, lending, annuity, agreements with the successor, etc.) of agricultural land/agricultural real estate/agricultural farm together with the determination of priority rights resulting from the right of pre-emption, repurchase, redemption or other contractual right of priority in favor of third parties, the commune or the State Treasury (the Agricultural Property Agency or the State Forests).
